In conjunction with LXD 101, I created an interactive Rise template. I made this video to market it.

EPIC Leadership Experience

I developed a visual identity, helped design the workshops, and built all learning assets for our senior leadership experience.

Since this was an optional ask, the materials had to be exciting to encourage enrollment.

This was Slalom's biggest learning priority of 2024.

Slalom's Career Framework

To help rollout our new framework, I created a Rise course to help with this massive change. I featured many embedded custom Storyline interactions to try to engage and excite learners—so they would feel the same about the framework itself.
