This metric measures how well our people "respectfully challenge" our customers and is measured in our annual client-survey.
The result: a micro-learning video series delivered direct to learners' inboxes.

To create the series, I pushed the limits of Camtasia to create stop-motion, animated videos.
The visual theme is highly stylized and modern—and a little bit weird. That coupled with energizing music, my engaging voiceover, and a succinct impactful script resulted in fun-to-watch, digestible, and memorable videos.
For context, this was not a required training; it was completely voluntary.
