Our executive team tasked us with creating learning to ensure our consultants were up-to-speed with the fast moving world of generative AI.
In two separate campaigns ("Certs Up" and "Fly with GenAI") to drive engagement with GenAI certifications, I supported the UX design and all visual assets.
I also created a three-part global series to support global adoption of generative AI and our launch of related consulting services. And, I made another, much more technical, six-part data science series for next level of GenAI internal learning.

These projects demonstrate my ability to: use new tools, get things done, flourish in ambiguity, and navigate an emerging technical space.
For the two certification pushes, I used generative AI to help make all of the media. It was important to our stakeholders that we demonstrated the power of GenAI while we were asking consultants to start using it more.
The first foundational course was originally given to another designer, but they struggled to hit the mark. I took over and reworked the course is less than two weeks. Both the stakeholder and learner feedback was very positive.
At that time, generative AI was so new that to complete the subsequent two courses and advanced AI courses, I had to rely heavily on my own research and learning (not just on our SMEs). I created a proactive partnership where I brought concepts and approaches for them to react to so that they could better apply their own expertise as guidance.
The ambiguous nature of these (and our other training for delivering new company offerings) can be challenging. But, I enjoy helping my SMEs make connections, taking what's in their brain and translating it into something useful for my learners.
These optional learning experiences are some of our most engaged with trainings and have set the bar for our company-wide courses about our client offerings. They upskill our people not only on delivery of new, high-priority offerings but also GTM and selling these offerings.
Each course has 2000+ voluntary completions and 5-star ratings on our LMS.

I leveraged our external marketing assets and pulled archival images from NASA to create a visually awesome experience.
5-part learning series; approx. 4 hrs.
This course set expectations and the foundation for the rest.
Another impact of these courses was the trust each built with the business. The original cloud course I created years ago far exceeded delivery expectations; with it, I moved stakeholders from a "lift-and-shift" approach that checked a box to an intentional and targeted behavior change that really engaged learners. That first success set a new precedent in quality delivery; going forward, it became standard for the business to engage our team for company-wide capability trainings. That in itself was a win.
